Welcome to the Official CharyouTree site. As this is a new project, the primary goal of this site is find other musicians who wish to be a part of this project. Stylistically, this will be dark and beautiful music, possessing a dynamic quality to it and a careful melding of light and shade. The music evokes the epic grandeur of decades past, but doesn't neglect the forceful nature and in-your-face attitude of modern music. The world of CharyouTree is as much U2 or The Cure as it is Machine Head or Thrice...the music is a vehicle of the human emotions and therefore expresses the full spectrum. Beautiful and sparse acoustic passages with ethereal echoes are as valid as a low-tuned manic rant and can co-exist in the same song, thereby helping to draw you into the energy that is CharyouTree.
